Joseph has been with the church for 22 years, and has been the senior pastor for the last 10 years. He succeeded his father the late Elder Charlie Moore, Sr. who was the pastor for 29 years. Joseph has a Bachelor of science degree in business and also has a master degree in business administration. He has a wonderful wife Annie of 28 years, two sons; Joseph Jr., 21 and Sherwood Maxwell, 20. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and riding his motorcycle.
